Now with an 80mm blade, the IBEX family continues to grow.
Windmühlenmesser extends the popular IBEX series with a new compact version: the IBEX 80. The IBEX 80 is lighter and easier to handle, yet just as sharp and durable as its larger siblings. It is ideal for outdoor and hunting use, as well as a versatile EDC knife. The IBEX 80 is available with stainless steel or carbon steel blades and handles in five fine woods including Plum, Olive and Thermo Beech.
