The Sailor’s Knife is a robust working knife designed for use at sea. Developed for cutting rope and rigging as well as sail work, it combines a full tang construction with a drop point blade and a robust convex grind. The blade is made from stainless steel 1.4197.02 alloyed with niobium, offering good edge retention, corrosion resistance and high durability. The handle scales are crafted from Cumarú wood that has been stored underwater in the Panama Canal for over one hundred years, providing dimensional stability and resistance in maritime environments.
