The large steak knife is a knife with a strong oval handle, which fits perfectly in the hand when cutting large steaks such as T-bone or brisket. The blade is carefully ground by hand according to the old Windmühlenmesser tradition using the "Solingen Dünnschliff" principle (Solingen dry-fine grinding). The stainless steel blade is available either in the classic version with a plain cutting edge or with a serrated edge. The rustic well-shaped handle is made of walnut root wood. It is mounted with four brass rivets and is finished by hand.
