The slim steak knife has an elegant design, low weight and excellent cutting ability. With a total length of approx. 23 cm and a blade length of approx. 12.5 cm, the slim steak knife is perfectly suited for cutting steaks or roasts of any size without tiring the hand. The blade is carefully ground by hand according to the old windmill knife tradition with the "Solingen Dünnschliff" (Solingen dry-fine grinding). The noble, oval handle is handcrafted from local woods such as plum or walnut. It is also available in POM plastic in the colour black. The blade is fixed with four rivets in the handle. The slim steak knife is available with a plain or serrated edge.
