Sharpening steel Vanadin

Our new “Vanadin®” sharpening steel has a high quality medium fine cut surface. It sharpens very uniformly, rests comfortably in the hand and is a pleasure for everyone who wants to use a truly classic steel for sharpening. The surface has 6 to 7 tiny teeth per millimetre which are responsible for the very good material abrasion and sharpening characteristics. With the “Vanadin®” as well, 2 to 3 strokes on each side of the blade are perfectly sufficient for resharpening our knives manufactured using the “Solingen-Dry-Fine-Grinding®” sharpening process (hand-sharpening method used in Solingen).
