Pike's sabre

The Pike Sabre belongs to our line „Unikate aus Tradition“, which comprises a small assortment of knives with a special history, shape and traditional craftmanship. The Pike Sabre - blade, as well called just sabre or pike’s peak in case of being more slim, could be especially found in our program around 1910. It was mostly used as a table carving knife for roastbeef or as a utility knife.in the kitchen. Due to the wide blade this knife has a straight cutting line and the slim tip allows finely chopping herbs or small vegetables as well as skinning and cutting sinew from meat. The slightly curved handle is dated back to the era of 1910, too. As many of our classical Windmillknives the blade is made from stainless steel.
