KN Nakiri - Vegetable knife

The KN is a specialist for cutting large leafy vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage, spinach or lettuce. The blade has an almost rectangular shape and its cutting edge runs in a slight curve towards the back. Due to its fine blade geometry and high sharpness, the Nakiri is suitable for cutting soft foods, never for cutting and severing bones or frozen foods.
