Special poultry and beef knife

This special knife has been developed especially for frying. It has a hand-polished, sharp but gently gliding polished flow wave cut, which is precisely adapted to cut both hard and soft food and is therefore ideal for stuffed turkey, Wellington fillet or other types of roast. The knife cuts the crispy crust with ease, then slices easily through the tender meat and even softer stuffing without pulling it out of the roast. The resulting slices are not only beautiful to look at when served, but the taste is also retained better in the individual ingredients.
