This vegetable knife belongs to the group of most popular classic knives in the windmill-assortment. It has a traditional oval-shaped, but prolonged handle and exists already since more than 80 years. The blade is ground in the manner of „Solingen-Dry-Fine-Grinding“ and „fine-glazed“ by hand. It is made of stainless steel with a hardness of 56-57 HRC (degree Rockwell), which is the standard hardness of the windmill knives on stainless steel blades.
