The table knife of our anniversary series "150" is based on the blade shape of our Buckels (Old German). It is larger than our standard model and is excellent for cutting and spreading. The handle is from a late 19th century model, close to our founding year. The knife handle is the same as the Klassiker (Classic) but has been adjusted in size and handle direction for cutting and spreading on the board. The knife handle of the Buckels 150 fits perfectly into the curve of the hand.
