Brisket is a very popular grilled speciality from the beef breast, tender juicy meat with a crispy crust. The crust is often too crispy for a smooth knife, but a saw-cut knife usually damages the inner structure of the meat. That is why we developed the ultimate "BrisketKnife" together with grill specialist and writer Jeroen Hazebroek from the Netherlands. It is a special, long knife with a polished flow shaft, very sharp but gentle cutting. We are pleased that after various tests this has been described by Jeroen as "perfect".
