Boning knife, stable or flexible - BBQ Edition

The BBQ Edition boning knife is used to loosen meat from the bone without damaging the meat. Even the removal of fat, tendons and skin of meat and fish mastering the boning knife skillfully. With a blade length of 13 cm and with its slim form, the knife is very agile. This enables precise work, e.g. to drive along the curves of bones and joints, even in confined spaces. The finger protection on the handle offers a firm hold and prevents slipping onto the sharp blade during the rough work of boning.

The blade is sharpened by hand with the "Kesselscher Walkschliff" and is very stable. The handle is made of oak and has four brass rivets.

The carbon steel blade is flexible, the stainless steel blade is rigid.
