Silicon carbide ceramic stone, pink red

This stone is made of silicon carbide with strong traction. It is designed for dressing the grinding stones, i.e. for restoring the flat surface. This is the only way to achieve perfectly sharp knives. The grooves in the stone help absorb the abrasion from the stone. The dressing works best when both stones were soaked in water.
