Santoku long- Utility knife

This universal kitchen knife has three virtues and is ideal for all fish, meat and vegetable preparation.
Perfectly balanced, the broad blade cuts effortlessly through vegetables, fish or meat.
The blade is made of exceptionally high-quality stainless steel.
It has a very fine, traditional Solingen thin grind and is fine-glazed by hand.
The knife can be sharpened with a ceramic sharpening rod, a sharpening steel or a sharpening stone.
The handles are handmade and honed, polished and oiled by master craftsmen.
