The blade of our Paté-Moulin made of stainless steel has got an undulated shape which allows a rolling motion at use. The round and slightly tipped blade works very well right into the corners of a paté baking pan while cutting the paté.
Also, it is very practical for cakes, small tarts and cuts with only very few efforts.
